Private Label Bottled Water

I have a spring and well on private land in the Bay Area. How can I have the quality tested?

Also interested in bottling and creating a private label water. The water had been tested in the past 10 years abd found high quality but that information has left us along with the previous owner. Will a well driller have the information to connect me with a testing lab?

To have your water tested, call a water softening company in your area – look in the phone book yellow pages under “water” — pretend you are thinking about getting a water softener/conditioner and they will come out and test your water to tell you what’s wrong with it — My water here was full of iron, chlorine and rock sediment, YUCK! If your water is good, tell them you aren’t interested. If it turns out that your water isn’t as great as you think it is, then you may need to buy their product after all! All well water is NOT good.
